“BZ Paintball are my go to guys when I comes to Paintballs and Flares for my games. They provide the best quality items, never had a faulty flare or even a damaged item through the delivery because they use specialist couriers. The only thing I would say which isnt really an issue but maybe something for them to look at is that I've bought from them a number of times and I would say i should've racked up a number of points that they offer on their website when you purchase an item. However, I sometimes order over the phone with the same details and the point system doesn't seem to be there. Also, I'm not too sure how/where i can spend the points, so if they could clear that up a bit it would be nice. I have also seen that over the last 2 years that I've been purchasing from BZ, they've incorporated the delivery charge on both items that I buy. It's not a big sum for the quality of service that the couriers provide but It would be nice if they could provide free shipping for orders over a certain amount or to loyal customers. All in all great company just need a little work on customer retention and loyalty schemes.”

“Bought a few things but forgot a spare lens with my order. Couldn’t add this to my order through the site so did a seperate order. Unfortunately was charged for postage for this second order which arrived with the first in the same box. Only a few quid for the postage but no gesture of good Will keeps me from giving 5 stars. Other than that easy site to navigate and items as sold”

Hi - thanks for the review. To clarify what happened with shipping, one of your orders had free 3-5 day delivery, and the other had a paid £3.95 3-5 day delivery. We took the opportunity to combine the orders and ship on a next day service instead of refunding and still sending on a 3-5 day service. Hope that clears it up.

“Verry quick delivery. Just a shame my dye i4 lense fogged up straight away. The seal must of been faulty ad the fog is in between the two lenses. Bit upsetting really as have to use a mesh gogles for the rest of the day as cant get to the middle to clean..”
