Hi Paul, to save on shipping charges your second order was shipped along with your first which you received on the 24th of August. Including the one on the original order this means you should have three mags in total. All the best, James.

“Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience this time round. I placed a order before the bank holiday weekend and thought I would do next day. Now knowing it was a bank holiday I expected it to be delivered Wednesday. However once I noticed I didn’t have a email to say it had been shipped I called to be told yep your get it Wednesday I followed it up with a email at 17:00 on the Tuesday to be told yep it has been shipped and will be delivered on Wednesday I made sure someone was home to take delivery. Wednesday morning still no tracking so I emailed and asked for tracking details no response. Later that day at 14:00 I get a email saying your order has been shipped and will be delivered on Thursday. So I basically wasted my time calling wasted my time emailing and wasted money paying for next day delivery. I haven’t had a problem in the past but unfortunately this time the customer service went out the window.”

“Earlier on today (29/08/2021) I was playing at the 3 dayMayhem big game. Whilst I was filling my air tank up at the filling station when my bottle started to leak out all the air from the fill nipple and wouldn’t hold air. I went to the BZ tent.They kindly replaced the air fill nipple and saved my day. And not only mine. Another player had the same problem. And you know what. They did it for free. They saved 2 players misery. Didn’t catch the persons name that sorted it all out. 100% well done and many thanks. All the best Suley.”
