“Absolutely outstanding customer service. I ordered the AW Adaptive magazine (excellent product) with red shock pads as the same product with black shock pads wasn't on the website at the time. Got a phone call (apologies can't remember the member of staff that called) saying what I ordered was out of stock but they had the magazine with black shock pads in stock so they switched it out and refunded the difference. Outstanding!”
