“One of the items was faulty but I’ve been impressed by the response so far. Resolutions of the issue is still ongoing but if the service level continues at the current level then I’m pretty confident of a good outcome. How a business handles an issue is the ultimate test of customer service and I’m very impressed so far.”

Helpful Report

“I choose to shop with BZ Tactical, because of the great customer experience I had when purchasing two Lipo batteries a few months ago. I could have bought this M15 rifle elsewhere, but decided that I want to stick with BZ because I know that if there are any issues that need resolving with any products that I will be taken care of by them. The product is great. Thank you, it's a pleasure to do business with you.”
