“I had to return my purchase due to financial issues, BZ Paintball were thoroughly understanding and helpful every step of the way. Excellent company.”

“My son (I) bought a gun from BZ. I think he used it for one day before he began having issues with it. Despite many visits to the shop and modifications it continued to misfire. Eventually we checked it in to be repaired in early February. It was returned and paid for. It stopped working about 5 minutes into the next game. We went back to the shop and we are still waiting to hear from them over two months later. Hundreds of pounds in now I feel quite angry by the lack of communication and my son's lack of a working gun.”
