The product was good, but I sent the following email to Buytec on 8th October and have not received a response from them. The order was for 2 plugs and 4 leads i.e. each time you ordered another lead or plug an additonal delivery charge was applied so £1.99 became £3.98 then £5.97 etc. Email: "Can you please tell me why I have been charged a total of £11.94 delivery charges for the below order - surely that is not correct as it will all be delivered together?"
