I did not know where my order was as I had missed the delivery. But you did not make it clear I had missed it, you should email. Because I did not get a missed delivery letter to my door as there is a separate mail box I forgot about and I haven't checked yet. But I had to email to to find the location of my order. This process should be ALOT clearer and more convenient for the customer. Thank you!
