“Have used Buy a Parcel on number of occasions. Always found it to be excellent on price and service. However this time paid for Sat delivery and it arrived beginning of week. Don't know if I ordered too late? But if that was case an email to say that and a refund of difference would have been nice.”

“Item turned up quickly and in good condition, My only negative was i wasnt familiar with the term bare and didnt realise it contained no battery or charger which i had to purchase seperately, Maybe its me but i think the advert could be worded better to make clear no battery or charger, No harm done, happy with my purchase , thankyou Darren Tanner”

“I bought the shower mixer for a good price, unfortunately the package was damage during transit so Buy A Parcel have arranged for it to bed swapped for a new one - I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently 5hey dealt with this.”

“Delivered ahead of schedule and communication on status of delivery was good. Initial delivery date was several days from the original purchase, which I'm not sure was meant to make me feel better when it turned up early or whether this is a function of using 2nd class post. Would buy from them again.”
