“parcel delivered on time as ordered, but there was no notification either from the company that it had been dispatched or from the courier that it was in transit, so it was a (nice) surprise when it arrived on time.”

“Bosch Sander arrived within the time period as indicated. The sander works well on all the jobs so far that have been worked on, without any problems. Would buy other items from Bosch as required.”

“Ordered this product and received notification, but after a few days I didn't receive a tacking number, so I looked on the internet and it said the product was out of stock. I contacted Buyaparcel and I was informed the item had now been despatched and it arrived ok. Item works satisfactory, but it is a professional Bosch angle grinder, so expect nothing else.”

“This is the second obelisk I purchased, the first for myself and the second as a gift. I really liked the product but was dismayed when having presented the gift and offered to install it found that there were parts missing. These were only small parts, the nuts to screw onto the bolts. There were in total 14 missing, having gone through the polythene bag and out of the crushed box. The nuts were replaced cheaply enough but perhaps the bag containing these parts should be considerably stronger. The delivery was prompt and the price was good so would order again”

“Very easy ordering process paid using Amazon option. Given the times we live the delivery was made a week after order which was fine. I contacted the customer service team (thank you Annemarie) for a delivery update and this was confirmed after a couple of emails over a 24 hr period. Very happy with this transaction.”

“I bought a new electric power shower and buy a parcel were the only company to have it in stock and at a competive price. Ive never used the company before and was secptical i was disappointed that i wasnt told when and if the shower had left i didnt have any tracking information and i did get a little annoyed but then the next day there it was took 3 days in total even though said next day. Overall im really happy with the shower speed and price. All i ask is give the customers the tracking information.”
