Needs to be clearer where this service is available! I booked for a one-off collection and without explanation my bin was not collected and it was only upon checking my emails I noticed I had received a partial refund which prompted me to ring Busy Bins only to find out my bin wouldn't get collected and I wouldn't get all my money back.
