“I love Busy Bins. They give a much better service than the council collections. When the council collect we are required to place our bins in a certain place, with the bin saving handle out so the bin men don’t have to strain themselves collecting them. They then just chuck them back without returning the curtesy we apply to them. Three week wait to empty our bins is a joke, flies love it we don’t. Busy Bins, worth every penny.”

“Started to use this service as the slim black bin we have provided by the council was not sufficient for a family of 5. Busy Bins now empty my bin on alternate weeks and their service has always been 100% reliable. They even came on a bank holiday over Christmas and I wasn’t expecting them so hadn’t put the bin out. The operator rang the bell, asked for access to the drive, took my bin out, emptied it and then brought it back in. You cannot ask for better service than that! Would definitely recommend them.”

“I struggled with disposing of rubbish when the three weekly bin collection was introduced as I have 8 cats. I saw a piece on Busy Bins on the local BBC television news programme so got in touch with them on the internet. They never fail to collect, their drivers are always cheerful and they return your bin to outside your property instead of leaving it somewhere in the street. Would I recommend them? Of course I would! They provide a valuable service.”

“I started using busy bins because we simply couldn’t get by with our grey bins being emptied every 3 weeks, it was causing rubbish to pile up and causing serious problems. They are absolute life savers, who offer a service that I couldn’t do without, the price is great and I have never had any problems, plus there have been times when I have forgotten to put the bin out in the street, but the person collecting it has come and got it, emptied it and put it back where it was! Really do go above and beyond.

They collected on the weeks that the council didn’t. Very responsive company, unlike your council collections. They collect when YOU need them, not when the council say is suitable. Great company.”

“Ive been with busy bins for over 2 years now and dont regret it for one second. If only the clowncil collections ( which we also pay for) were as good. Due to the clowncil halfing the size of bins and only emptying them every blue moon, we really couldnt manage, even though we recycle a lot. So didnt give it a second thought when i came across busy bins, couldnt wait to sign up. They put the local bin collectors to shame. Nothing is too much trouble. They will even collect from property and put it back if you ask them, they are brilliant and i would recommend to anyone. Before you know it, the clowncil will have us all going to the tip with our refuge and they wont empty any bins anymore. If you lived in France or Spain, bins are emptied every single day and they pay about £200 per year council tax. Go figure !”
