“Cancels collections with no warning or notification after failed payment due to bank “security features”
Tried to re set payment up well within time before collection but despite taking details didntbtake payment (well before collection date) and first I knew was after bin wasn’t collected .
Rude and curt responses via email and absolutely no contact attempted before they decided to not collect the bin.
Left in a difficult position now due to being a full time carer and unable to get to tip etc for extra waste caused by daughters care needs.
Actual bin collections were good, customer service is horrendous”
“Brilliant and affordable quick service , busy bins does one off collections for any colour bin or you can get affordable monthly/ yearly subscriptions , really comes in handy with the council collections being a few weeks in between , they also collect bulky rubbish items at a much affordable price than the council if you have a few bigger bits you need to get rid of .”
“Like most people, the council’s general waste collection schedule doesn’t always work for us! Because of the warm weather our bin was full, stinky and attracting flies. With a week to go before they were due to be collected I decided to book a collection with Busy Bins. They came the next day, no issues with finding my bin, emptied whilst I was out - all without any problems! Reasonably priced with brilliantly efficient staff all round - highly recommended!”

You're service is spot on..council have not emturd my green bins for over 2 months and there was nothing that was wrong in the bin I went on to you're site which was easy and easy to book my bin for emptying to you coming was 100 out of 100 ..I left the bin were asked and the bin man came emptied it and placed it back were 8t was left so happy to use ypure company ..its the shame you're company can't get the contract with the council as youre service is brilliant this is second time I have used busy bins and will again and also I have recommended ypu to friends and family thank you 👍👍”
“I have used Busy Bins a few times now & there is one time in particular that impressed me so much, I won't use anyone else for any extra collections I need.
There was a time when my husband had forgotten to put the bins out & the council bin trucks came just before 6am so mine didn't get emptied, it really needed doing so I emailed Busy Bins hoping that someone would see it before their trucks went out on their runs.
About 20 mins later I received a phone call from Josh saying that I was in luck & they hadn't started the rounds yet, I paid over the phone & my bins were emptied that day.
After emptying they pulled my bins back to where they go, rather than leaving them at the side of road. So from this experience I will always use Busy Bins when needed.”

“Ordered a skip on the Friday for Monday.
Waited in throughout the allocated time, but no skip turned up.
The following day I was fully refunded and told they couldn't get the size I wanted.
A courtesy call on the day would have been nice so we could have made other arrangements sooner.
2 days of a week off now wasted and everything pushed back.
Shame as they are very competitively priced.
I may give another chance in the future but I'd advise against using them for a 12 yard skip.”
