“The EASIEST service to use!! I clicked on the website, put my post code in, it told me what day my bin would be picked up, paid and that was that. The bin was emptied on the day it stated, great service and price too! Thank you”
“I have used Busy Bins several times. I've booked online the day before and the process is always easy. They always collect on time and nothing is too much trouble. On one occasion I forgot to put the bin out and after a quick phone call they arranged another time at my convenience and did not charge me again. I would definitely recommend Busy Bins. They provide a first class service.”
“Always use busy bins and decided to use them in our new house due to not having any bins for 3 weeks and a build up of rubbish. Only for us to miss the collection day. Rang up and the girl was super helpful booked us on to the next week with no problems at all. Super polite super helpful and super friendly.”
“Have used busy bins quite a lot recently as have moved house. I think the price they charge is reasonable and they have never let me down. In the old house they couldn't get through one day because of stupid people parking, but they let me know and came back the next day. Can't beat that for customer service.”
“Friendly staff, always provide what you pay for and most of all the prices are the best knowing the rubbish is disposed of correctly, also different price packages to suit your budget wouldn't use anyone else”
“These guys are absolutely brilliant not expensive either and they will take almost anything especially when your local Council born empty your bin because there’s a bit of plastic on top one phone call to busy bins and it’s all sorted with staff friendly and go out of their way to help I couldn’t recommend busy bins enough this is probably my third time using them and I will continue to use them in the future. There should be more companies like busy bins out there to help people thanks very much guys.”
“Easy clear website, prices very reasonable, great communication, 100 percent recommend & we’ll always use Busy Bins when we’ve missed the bin collection or have anything we need to get rid of 😊”
“Very fairly priced, kept updated before collection and once collection had been made. We opted for regular collection and very happy with the service.”
