“I decided to contact Busy Bins as the general rubbish bin was only being collected once every 4 weeks - this was unacceptable to me as I have a small baby so the bin was getting filled with nappies amongst the general household waste. I also recently moved into the house so needed the other bins emptying so I can start recycling from fresh.

“As a big family we often do tip trips over the weekend, but life being busy time is precious so busy bins are a perfect solution. Book, pay and they take it away on a set time and day. Great efficient service, I use one off collections as and when I need them.”

“Used the service for months with no problems, very efficient, always easy to contact until I requested to cancel my collections, no response from my cancellation email sent on the 5th of April, I requested a response on the 21st of April & received a response on the 23rd of April they charged my account on the 29th of April, AND STILL today, the16th of May they’ve collected my bin. Please cancel my collection NOW Josh Morris........& DON’T charge my CLOSED account on the 29th of May.........”

I booked for a one-off collection and without explanation my bin was not collected and it was only upon checking my emails I noticed I had received a partial refund which prompted me to ring Busy Bins only to find out my bin wouldn't get collected and I wouldn't get all my money back.”
Thank you for the review. Our site does show the areas that we cover on the home page. We refunded £9.85 from £10.85, we only took a fee for the small admin charge and for the online payment charge that we have to pay.

“I decided to turn to Busy Bins because as a home based business Bury council were not offering us a proper waste service, 3 weekly collections were becoming a major issue for us, we regularly had 3-4 black bags and a full bin! But of course the council will not take anything that’s not in the bin with the lid closed so I would have to make regular trips to the tip myself! Busy bibs not only offers a very reasonably priced service they are dependable and as well as emptying the bin on a week the council won’t they throw in the 1-2 bags that I leave with the bin! You cannot ask for or get a better service for the price they set.”

Thank you for your feedback and 5 star review. We wish we could offer customers a collection day but unfortunately, we only collect from each area one day a week. This keeps mileage and emissions as low as possible.
