“Busy Bins are awesome. The service is efficient and very easy to arrange. The customer service is second to none. I booked for four bins and a bag of rubbish, forgetting it was Council collection day for one of the bins! Idiot!! I went out when they arrived and explained what happened, and the driver, Phil, said to ring and get a credit. It was my fault, however, I rang and spoke to a really nice lady and she did give me a credit for my next collection! Very fair considering it was my mistake. I will be a new regular customer of Busy Bins it's a great service all round. Give them a try, the price is fair, cheaper than most and the booking and collection is stress free. I didn't get the lady's name I spoke to, but I hope you had a good weekend!”
“Great service at a reasonable price. Our green bin hadn’t been emptied by the council because the bin didn’t quite close so we didn’t want to have to wait another three weeks for it to be emptied given that we are a family of five! The process of booking the one off bin collection was really easy and they came on the morning of the day they sent bright and early. I would definitely recommend and would use again if needed!”
“I have been getting the fortnightly bin collections for roughly around 7 years now. With a big family we produce a lot of rubbish and I was having a really hard time coping with so much waste and only having a slim bin emptied by the council twice a month. Since using busy bins, it’s been so much more Manageable and made my life so much easier. Trying to find someone reliable to move my rubbish was so difficult. “The council services in the area are shockingly bad. Getting collections by Busy Bins every once in a while takes away the fear of having rubbish pile up and no way to take it anywhere. Always pick up the bins and completely empty them. Would always recommend.”

“I have used Busy Bins a few times now & have been very pleased with them.
I can get 3 bins of garden waste emptied at once (discounts for multiple bins) by using my 3 recycling bins on the weeks the council empties our grey bin. Very useful at times. I book a couple of days before collection day when I am sure how many bins I need emptying.
Communication is good & they have turned up without fail. Our driver Steve seems friendly but doesn't hang about.
On 1 occasion their truck broke down & I received an email mid morning to inform me of the problem, but also when the collection would now be (next day from memory).
The only issue I ever had was when I once rang my order through & was charged slightly more than expected. I hadn't realised a phone order costs more than an online one. I have always booked online since (so to be fair, I don't know if this is still the case).
Overall I am more than happy to recommend Busy Bins but order online if you can (just in case).”
