“Wish I could leave more than 5 stars! As a family of 5 we were struggling with a small bin and it only being emptied once a month. We figured we would use busy bins for a few weeks to get the backlog of rubbish down, we've been using them for months and they are invaluable! There has been a couple of weeks I've forgot to put my bin out, so they've taken it from the garden, and replaced it in the garden after emptying! I've recommended busy bins to everybody I know and would recommend to every person who is in the same situation that I was! They're fantastic!”

“I started using Busy Bins as I have 2 indoor cats and therefore a lot of cat litter to dispose of. The 3 weekly collection from Bury Council isn’t frequent enough and I was tired of taking it to the recycling centre at Radcliffe.
Busy Bins were a pleasure to deal with - my account was set up immediately and the drivers and office staff are friendly and efficient people.
It’s great that you can choose how often you need them to collect your grey bin and setting up a direct debit means you can then forget about remembering to renew your contract.
I don’t know how I managed without Busy Bins!!! If you need your grey bin emptied more than once every 3 weeks - and lets face it that is most of us - these are the people you need.”

When the council collect we are required to place our bins in a certain place, with the bin saving handle out so the bin men don’t have to strain themselves collecting them. They then just chuck them back without returning the curtesy we apply to them. Three week wait to empty our bins is a joke, flies love it we don’t. Busy Bins, worth every penny.”

“Started to use this service as the slim black bin we have provided by the council was not sufficient for a family of 5. Busy Bins now empty my bin on alternate weeks and their service has always been 100% reliable. They even came on a bank holiday over Christmas and I wasn’t expecting them so hadn’t put the bin out. The operator rang the bell, asked for access to the drive, took my bin out, emptied it and then brought it back in. You cannot ask for better service than that! Would definitely recommend them.”
