“Grey bin collection of once every three weeks just can’t cut it for our household which means a trip to the tip each week with bagged up rubbish in the car. I asked Busy Bins for a one off collection to try them out and was blown away with the highest level of customer service, communication and reliability. I didn’t hesitate to sign up for a regular service which is value for money as now I don’t have to store the rubbish, I don’t have to have it in the car and I don’t have to visit the tip saving time and money and keeping the environment clean.

“Busy bin are fantastic. I started using them every now and the when I had extra rubbish and had to put some general waste the wrong colour bins. Since the lockdown they have been even more of a god send. Not only had I been able to cope with the altered council bin collections but I have also managed to get rid of alot of pre bagged stuff that I had planned to get rid of, but haven't been able to go due to lockdown and closures. Had it not been for busy bins there is no way I would of managed with just the black bin being collected and I would of bags of general unwanted items after a clear out with no way to dispose off. The only time I have had problems it had be quickly dealt with. Once my bins where forgotton but they where back out the next working day. And during the lock down the wrong bin was emptied by mistake, despite not usually working the weekends they still came bk out the next day for me. The staff are lovely. Friendly and polite. I can't rate this company enough! I spent ages looking for an alternative way to dispose of my rubbish when council didn't surfice. Busy bins is the prefect solution at a very affordable price. I will absolutely be using them again.”

“* I started using busy bins as I have a busy home & although I recycle I still have a lot of rubbish that can't wait a fortnight for Bolton Council to empty my bin, & having fortnightly bin collections doesn't help at all.
• I have a lot of rubbish & there's just no way that I'd be able to wait a fortnight for my grey bin to be emptied since they've reduced the bin size & the collections it used to cause my neighbours to complain about excess bin bags & I presume like me they were worried that my rubbish would attract rat's but since using busy bins I don't have that worry anymore.
• Busy bins service is amazing without them I'd be waiting a fortnight for Bolton Council to empty my bin, being disabled unlike Bolton council who leave my bins nowhere near my home, I leave my bin at the end of my path & Busy Bins put it near enough back where it was, within a few feet.
• I would recommend Busy bins & I have recommended busy bins to friends & a few of my friends use Busy bins & they like me love them they're great without them I'd be having bin bags outside worrying that they're attracting rats, if you haven't used busy bins before try them & u won't regret it 😊”
