“Busy Bins were due to collect our bins this weekend. Unfortunately our collection was missed, due to a technical fault which wiped out the bookings. Busy Bins contacted me first thing Monday morning to explain what had happened and explained they would be out that day to dispose of our rubbish. This was also followed up by a text message. Excellent customer service keeping the customer informed what happened and resolved the issue quickly. I’ve never had any issues with Busy Bins before and the only issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Great service as always!”
