“I would like to thank the team at Burrows Motor company who sold us Yaris Hybrid. In the challenge of the Covid pandemic with sanitising and social distancing we were able to test drive the car we wanted to buy. Measures were put in place for customer safety and yet the overall service was still excellent.”

“I bought a Lexus from Burrows Doncaster and picked it up on 27/06/20. The showroom is large and spacious but due to Covid 19 all the desks were spaced out and had perpex guards to protect me and the staff, It's a large site with lots of cars to choose from. The salesman who looked after me is called Genell he is very professional and everything went smoothly as i put a deposit down on the 25th and picked the car up at 1000 on the 27th of June. I would definitly recommend Burrows and would buy another car from them in the future.”

“Very knowledgeable and friendly salesman ( Simon). Would have given 5 stars; but when I drove my 2 nd hand car away, fuel light came on after 10 mins: had to fill up at garage! Think 1/2 tank of fuel would have been a courtesy.”

“Sales department and experience excellent, unfortunately same can't be said for service department. Firstly fitted wrong type of tow bar then when returned for correct one fitting offered car back with scratched bumper. On been made aware did act on it and polished out but was disappointed that we had to point this out, should have been seen before leaving workshop. Satisfied with the car, lovely drive.”
