“After a long wait from ordering our new yaris I can honestly say it was well worth it, we couldn't fault Burrows staff customer service keeping us updated of the wearabouts of our car and how long it was going to take, thanks to Connor at Burrows in Rotherham south yorkshire for keeping in contact & updating us on several occations! Would highly recommend buying a car from Burrows.”

“The buying experience was very pleasant, Simon was very helpful and no pressure was applied to hurry our purchase decision. Disappointed that the car battery failed after 150 miles, requiring a Mazda rescue, but we were supported by the supply of an upgrade courtesy vehicle until the issue was resolved which took a week. Appreciate the desire by Burrows to concentrate on a thorough investigation of cause rather than the rushed return of the vehicle. Also disappointed that on return vehicle had several large splashes of bird droppings.”

“cars good but i noticed the drivers front disc was scarred and making some slight noise on the test drive ! did mentioned it . with all the checks i thought it would be replaced ? regards Jerzy (George)”

“Service from the sales side was great, service from the finance side wasn't as they forgot to pay of my finance of the car I was part exchanging causing over a month's worth of phone calls back and forth between the finance company and toyota burrows, and me being charged for not paying on time. All resolved now.”

“Exellent service friendly and made me feel warm throughout my visit. Didn't like the fact I was lied to about the car been valeted when it hadn't other than that good.”
