“Outstanding customer service from the lady who dealt with my telephone enquiry about a replacement barrow wheel - knowledgeable, helpful, patient, good-humoured, clear-spoken. Prompt delivery, well-packed, well-priced. All supported by really admirable website illustrations and dimensions. This is quality stuff. I haven't dealt with this company before so I am very glad I chose them. And the good old Fort barrow is back up and running on his splendid new wheel !!”
