“I originally placed my order on the website - but when I didn't get a conformation e-mail I sent them a quick e-mail to ask if they had my order? I had an email back the same day - saying that they could see I tried to place the order but that it had failed for some reason. One phone call, and I placed the order over the phone and the item arrived 2 days later! Tested the customer service - results were good!!!! Thanks very much!”

“I live in Vancouver, B.C Canada. I have been looking for another pair of Mountain Horse Tall Rider boots for the past year. I recently went to England, and the day before I was about to depart for Vancouver, I ordered a pair of Mountain Horse boots. They were shipped to my address in Sussex, England before noon the next day, and I was able to pack them, so I could take them back with me to Vancouver later that evening. I was very impressed with the service at Burnhills.”

“My goods arrived on time as states. My only disappointment was from DPD the transport company. Burnhills had put the 20kg bag of seed in a cardboard box but it had leaked seed due to DPD handling the bag in side had split. Some of the seed on delivery was on the floor, how much of it had been lost i'm not sure I just know if burnhill had not put it in a box I would have lost a lot more.”

“Service was good. Product was good. Despite the bag being burst which was probably more to do with parcel abuse by the courier than anything to do with Burnhills. Luckily it was in a box so I didn't lose too much seed.”

“Everything all ok till reaching Argos what a nightmare . Wasn't checked in told us it wasn't there priory as it was brought on email. Told us it had only been there 10mins when it was was signed for at 18.14 signed by A WAtkins we went at 19.40 to collect it. Was also informed they wouldn't process it till Wednesday.”

“Item arrived next day, however the product bag had been damaged and quarter of the food had been spilled into the box. So in future if the packaging could be packaged with scrumped peices of paper around the top and bottom and if possible sides to prevent damage during transit or even a fragile tape applied would ensure drivers take more care. Other then that excellent!!!”

“I could not fault this transaction what so ever until the time that the delivery man placed my parcel on my doorstep. The large cardboard box containing a 20 kgs bag of bird seed, had obviously split by the sound of loose seed moving in the box. The stitched seam on the bag had torn through movement of contents in transit. Thankfully, the box seams had been taped so there was no lost of seed, just loose seed inside of box. I will need to think before I placed another order by post. But, overall, Burnhills did a good job.”
