“Burnhills are absolutely phenomenal. I have ordered a hay bar which was supposed to have arrived before our horse came back from hospital. DPD somehow managed to misplace the hay bar (must have slipped between the seats or something 😂). Emma from Burnhills was incredibly understanding and resolved the problem on minutes. In the process of sorting it out Emma has exhibited an incredible amount of empathy and compassion to our situation and our pony. As a company, Burnhillls proved to be driven by integrity and respect for their customers. Will definitely come back as with a simple gesture, Emma proved that Burnhills are the leading supplier of equestrian products in the UK.”
