“Despite the current situation and all the associated risks and difficulties, I was able to order bath sealant and can now take a shower without sharing my water with the people downstairs. Excellent service. I am happy and so are those below! :D Thank you”

“Not very impressed didn’t get my order in time paid for a 2-3 day service got it on a 11 day service and wasn’t even offered a refund on the difference you shouldn’t have offered the express service if you couldn’t supply it”

“Building Supplies Direct are ok, but there packaging of items needs to be better. My order arrived in a bubble lined jiffy bag, that was torn, and item inside dented, would have been better to insulate item in a cardboard tube first, then place in a bubble lined jiffy bag.”
