“Fast service good prices”

“Staff very helpful. Keen pricing on a good range of items. Web site is however a nightmare to navigate with a poor search engine which fails to find items which fit the search request and are available on the site. You have to know the first letters of the company product code to find many items. Attempts to go back to a previous page take you back to a point where you have to start the current search all over again.”

“Overall a very good retail experience. Good price, cheaper than Machine Mart, and fast delivery.. Good communication regarding the order invoice and delivery with contact details should they have been required.
