“Waited over 3 week for my order. Needed tile bits for a bathroom fit but they didn’t come in time. When I contacted them to see where my order was they said it was stuck in the system and asked if I still wanted them? What a joke.”

I do apologise for any inconvenience caused. We do deal with thousands of orders a week and we are unfortunately very occasionally hit with a slight technical Glitch such as the one that occurred with your order.

“I would have gone really poor, but due to recent weather and their prompt email reply I gave poor, purely for that the time it took to process the order, the delivery time and the lack of completion of order. Having to wait another month for completion of order IMO is very poor.”

“Shipped next day delivery with up to date tracking info, unfortunately 1 item was missing from my order, contacted them by email and received reply within half an hour with an apology then received my missing item the following day, my main item of purchase was a clarke At165 welder which was £30 cheaper than anywhere else on internet. excellent service will definitely use again ....5 stars”

“Parcel containing tin of Chalk Paint Maker was a sticky mess as the lid had not been secured. Had to refuse delivery. However they were very quick to despatch a replacement which was securely packed.”
