“I bought a piece of equipment which appeared to have a faulty 'On-switch'. I have tried calling several times but get told to email due to Coronavirus. I have emailed Building Supplies Direct twice several weeks apart but have still had no response. Very poor customer service!”

“I didn't receive one item (stapler).I made an order over 70£ to get a free postage which wasn't. I choose a normal delivery you gave me an express one. I sent message to be delivered next day ( beeing day of) the courier left the parcels (10 kilos each) to my neighbour ( probably to reduce the spread of Covid 19) Over all I'm disappointed of delivery part, even was faster than I expected.”

“Vice delivered damaged twice.... Did not pacakge any different the seond time. Also they don't provide refund once THEIR courier has collected the item. i.e. They still think its your responsibility to get the item back to them before a refund is provided even though the collection is arranged by them. Shame they could not package better.”
