“Great price and quick delivery but your delivery service people should learn to read genorater was left by front door which was ok but standing up the wrong way big label on it saying this way up have now unpacked it and stood up the right way hopefully the oil will run back down have been phoning you to ask if this will be ok but no one answers so tried Clarke’s you just get the same would be nice if you could speak to someone for advice”

“Packaging poor, the item arrived in a damaged state was actually poking through the box and the paint was rubbed off in 2 places. The delivery firm had also gone to the trouble of covering the damaged box with green stickers.”
