“Items were delivered quickly co sidering the situation only think the bag that they were sent in was totally wriped showing the bubble wrap inside and contents. Good job the items were still inside. Other wise everything else was ok.”

“Staff very helpful. Keen pricing on a good range of items. Web site is however a nightmare to navigate with a poor search engine which fails to find items which fit the search request and are available on the site. You have to know the first letters of the company product code to find many items. Attempts to go back to a previous page take you back to a point where you have to start the current search all over again.”

“Building Supplies Direct were good in dispatching the order no time wasted but the carrier let them down badly. Received txt & Email to say would be arriving at approx 13.05 - 14.05 on Monday rushed home for 13.05 no delivery that day no txt or Email. Tuesday received txt & Email to say would be arriving 14.39 - 15.39 and arrived around 12.00 not good driver said wished they wouldn't do that as given all day delivery slot.”
