“They were advertising "2÷3day delivery!" And that was the main reason I bought from them. Now already 11 days .. and still item not delivered.. No one ever tried to contact me why delivery us delayed.. I need to beg every day asking where is my item and .. they say 'delivery should be today's but in the late evening You realise it's not Your lucky day”

“After ordering the laquer, I received no form of communication that the order had been received. 3 weeks later still no product so I called them no answer so I left a message, no call back . Now over 6 weeks later they are asking me to review their service! Took my money and I couldn't have received any less.”

“Order was late without any warning. Don't think I would have got my items at all if I hadn't emailed with a prompt. 3 out if the 8 aerosols had broken SAFETY caps, rendering them..... We'll unsafe!”
