“The plywood was damaged on 2 corners. It looked like it had been roughly handled in transit. The packaging was not robust enough. Fortunately I needed a slightly smaller size so cut off the damaged pieces. Other than that website and ordering were great.”

“I placed my order and it arrived in 14 days (they said 10-14 days), the wood was well packed however, I never got any dispatch/tracking details/reply to my email and one piece of plywood was very badly cupped (it was sent as a single sheet, so maybe that is why). It is a very cheap service, so you get what you pay for.”

“I ordered Anti-Slip Phenolic Birch Plywood 9mm that was cut to my size requirements. the packing of the plywood left a lot to be desired. the packaging had split and was left strewn around the back of the delivery van. the driver had done his best with a bad job. thankfully there was no damage to the boards dispute the bad rapping.”

“Ordering process good and excellent product quality. The problem with them is delivery, does it really take over 10 days for their delivery agents to deliver a 4x2 piece of plywood to a location approximately 15 miles from the wood yard. Also on enquiry their customer service agent did not appear to know status of my order.”

“Got one piece wrong, sent 9mm instead of 12mm. Delivery a bit haphazard, one corner was completely chipped off a piece. Makes me apprehensive about putting in a big order.”

“I think the company was having some phone and email problems as I could not get hold of anyone after my order was processed. I did receive all of my order but the first half was delivered without any communication, the second half I had confirmation and everything was okay in the end. I will use Builders marketplace again but next time I will phone the order.”

“Just feel a little disappointed that it is going to take the 10 days delivery which is tomorrow and you are already asking how you performed. these sheets were ordered on 16th March with the site saying delivery would be 3to 10 working days. for important customer and wont use again as i will get delivery faster. cannot answer the other questions as i dont have delivery yet”
