“I reported broken and marked sheets and was told to hide the broken edges by lapping them when I refused this they said that they would send 3 replacements but I would need to waver my rights as a consumer if the replacements were damaged . Not very good customer service”

“Delighted with the 20mm Cotswold chippings but delivery here by Katem was poor and only to the kerbside. I feel the driver was not adequately equipped to get this product to the kerbside never mind to my site. Delivery was very expensive and very poor.”

“Won’t be using this company again. Contacted them on three separate occasions to have the order cancelled but never even received a reply. Customer service is rubbish. So for the sake of a short call or email they have lost a potential ongoing customer.”

“Great product for our business building uhuts. Creates a great curve and the ability for us to create an uninterrupted 4 metre long skylight makes thisthe perfect polycarbonate. UV filtering is also really important for longevity and hasn't failed us yet! Buil4less always provides the best of services, fast and no fuss.”
