“hi, i am a first-time user of this brand, the overall experience was very good, the item is very well made and looks great, the delivery was swift and the whole process was good. i had only one issue was the delivery company kept trying to deliver to the wrong house but it was sorted quickly and effortlessly”

“If ever there was a knife that seems to have been discontinued it’s the Buck Alpha hunter Rosewood Folding the best knife you ever made from skinning to pairing wood a fantastic knife where is it now- if a lesson is to be learned it’s know your sales - consistent across many companies to much emphasis on the wrong knife’s filleting fish especially how many knives do you need - bring back the rosewood Buck knife and be proud of your knife’s learn learn learn - post this if you dare - rosewood hunter was a versatile folding easily cleaned extremely capable knife to have consistent sales the knife is one of the best you ever made learn!”

“I am happy with the quality and the item was despatched quickly. I have sent two complaints to royal mail as the knife was left near the front door. It was a knife that should have been signed for and you/ I have paid for mandatory age verification and signing. I had no response from royal mail.”

“There was a slight issue with my ace verification when ordering my Buck knife. The age verification went into my spam emails and not my inbox so I missed it. Thankfully when I rang up customer service to see where my order was up too and the age verification was sorted out, Jamie on the customer service line was absolutely amazing and made sure my item was processed immediately and ready for dispatch. He was so helpful and really did make my experience with ordering from Buck a positive one and I would highly recommend using them for purchases. Thank you for such a great customer experience”

“I'm very disappointed in Buck custom supplies as I have had a wish for a Buck112 Ranger, nickel bolsters engraved with J.T.on one bolster and McD. on the other, antler finger grooved scales, and the blade in satin engraved with ( getting it done 50yrs ). Looked after my family, hands in my pocket for years, so I couldn't justify this extravagance until my 50th birthday, so let's contact the Word Wide famous Buck company......unfortunately they don't grant wishes all over the world or Scotland.”
