“Im a class 1 container driver & everytime I get the job for browns recycling it brings a smile to my face because these guys are very professional & polite they really look after the drivers ... mark on the weighbridge knows exactly what hes doing his customer service is spot on very quick and efficient ... Shaggy & Jack on the loading yard are fantastic your a credit to the company lads thank you for making my experience at browns one to remember I really really enjoy it here”

“The bin collection team are always reliable and do a fantastic job. They turn up on time, work quickly, and always leave the area neat and tidy. Even in bad weather, they still do their rounds with a positive attitude. It’s one of those services you don’t always notice until you realise how smoothly they keep everything running. “Excellent service. Rob empties our two sumo bins every other Friday at BS Marson’s Bodyshop. Always arrives at the same time and gets the job done hasel free.”

“Called today with a 40ft container to collected scrap waste. Drove into the yard and onto the weighbridge . Everything is clearly sign posted and entered the office to be greeted by 2 jolly chaps Mark & Jack. Exchanged plenty of good old fashioned banter which is so refreshing from a miserable grunt from the office staff at other places. Mark proceeded to explain all of the site rules and where I was collecting from ( down the road) . Showed me a map and what to expect - perfect. Gave me a camera ( I was tempted to take a couple of selfies but managed to contain my enthusiasm and behave ) and headed off to the other yard. Here I was met by a lovely gentleman who they call “Shaggy”. You have to reverse off the road and blindside onto the ramp under the full supervision of Shaggy and I managed it without any dramas . Loading takes approximately 40 mins , paperwork added and back to the first yard to be weighed and dispatched. 10/10 to all the staff , great team , very friendly and helpful , look forward to my next collection 🥇⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. “One of the most professional recycling companies that I have collected from. It must be one of the cleanest too. The staff are all helpful, unlike some other sites that I’ve had the misfortune to collect from. The man on the weigh bridge was very informative.”

“Im unable to delete my previous annonymous review of 1 star so I wanted to come back on here to say my issues have been addressed and im satisfied with that resolution. Over 8 years they collected our business waste, never an issue and never had to worry about failed collections, was able to ugrade to larger bins at peak times then change to smaller, over the years ive recomended them to many local business'.
