“Both sets of towels arrived fairly quickly. The towels were as stated, on the website that the colour could differ due to time of production. The towels seem to be well made. The Latte Bath towels and Latte Hand towels, although with the colour match issue, still look good.”

“My first order of finest quality (maximum cotton threads per inch) hand towels (6) and bath towels (2) which were most promptly delivered. They possess a comparably nice quality feel in comparison with my existing (and tired out) John Lewis and IKEA towels and would order again my only criticism as such being that whereas in terms of size the hand towels are more than generous, their standard bath towels are a bit skimpy”

“These tea towels are pleasant to use and absorb the water well, but I ordered Blue to match my kitchen and got green and one of the tea towels must have had a faulty machine as the thread is very badly looped on one side. All in all I won't be buying anything from you again. Liz Carter”

I would just like to make you aware though that the blue kitchen cloths are actually out of stock and you have ordered green as per your invoice. You ordered online and it clearly states online that blue is out of stock. Any how we will still fully refund you as there is a manufacturing fault with one of them. “Bought a bundle of kitchen cloths, some flannels and hand towels. The quality is first rate. The kitchen cloths (drying cloths) shed a little in the first wash but have become so soft and absorbent, more so with each wash. The flannels and hand towels were both bigger than expected (I know, they had the sizes clearly shown!), which was good. The quality is excellent and the price just amazing. Will be back for all my household "linen" items in future.”
