My property was on the market for over ONE year. I went from one good prominent local agent to a second. They did their best; I had a few offers but try as they might, THREE potential purchasers each in turn dropped out (one at the last minute, just before exchange) each time with no explanation.
So in the 13th month of no sale, I put my property on the market with British Homebuyers (BH). I was inundated with interest!!!
