“Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish ,I'd had my Bungalow on the market for a few months with a local estate agent but it did not sell ,I tried British home sellers and my allocated sales team person Alex said that we would get a buyer within 6 weeks and true to his word British home sellers found us a buyer. Alex was very professional and kept us informed at every stage ,more than I can say about my solicitor Northern Law of Shaw Oldham. I would strongly recommend that people get in touch with Alex Clendon and his team at British home sellers, Thanks again Alex.”

“Used British Homebuyers as the house failed to sell. They generated viewers and sold it quickly. It was very straightforward and I was kept informed all along. I would recommend them to sell a house and I would use them again as there was no stress involved.”

“Hi everyone this may concern I have just used British home sellers to sell my property I was a bit unsure at first but I had nothing at all to worry about they were amazing ever step off the way even after they sold my house they still phone me to make sure I was satisfied and everything was OK I would recommend them to anyone wishing to sell there property with peace of mind and I would definitely use them again in the future thanks for everything British home sellers and good luck for the future”

“Following two failed attempts to sell our property via high street agents we were recommended British Homebuyers. From day one the contact from Robert was first class, Robert put everything in motion, visit from the photographer, marketing our property, regular weekly updates, arranging viewings. If we called for information we had a direct line to Robert. Within a month we had three viewings and three offers. First class service. House sold and still Robert and his team saw everything through to the end, including contacting all the chain and there solicitors to alien the moving date. First class service.”

“Excellent from beginning to end. From the start of our transaction dealing with Eloise, and then Alex and William in the conveyancing team, followed up after we were under offer by Robert and Charles, our whole experience was positive. We had tried a local agent first with no success, and received a letter from BHS through the post so decided to give them a try. Yes we had to do our own viewings but that really worked for us as it meant we could fit in people around our own schedule. We were really impressed by the regular updates, market insights, and when we were nearing completion, interaction with our buyer and both sets of solicitors was great. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is selling. 10 out of 10 from us.”

“Excellent , fabulous and really seamless. All the staff are really professional, answer any queries straight away, nothing too much trouble, especially Charles whom has recemtly completed my last sale with no stress even though we had a few bumps from the other side.Everyone else has the same professional manner. “My mums house had been on the market for over a year with local estate agents before we discovered British Homebuyers. Within a couple of months it was sold. The staff were very helpful & patient when explaining their process, fees & how they work, as I was initially a little sceptical. They kept me updated at every stage of the process & I cannot rate Charles highly enough. “Being completely honest, I didn’t have high hopes when we decided to use BHS to sell our property, but having had our property on the market for almost 8 months with no success, we were desperate. We had received a letter in the post and decided to give it a shot as we had nothing left to lose. We opted to go for the option that meant we managed the viewings ourselves, but from start to finish, the service we received from both Rob & Charles was fantastic. From listing to completion, the sale took 10 weeks in total, with Rob & Charles keeping us updated along the way, even taking time out of their weekends when they weren’t supposed to be working, to keep us updated. I’m so glad we made the decision to sell with BHS and I would buy or sell with them again in a heartbeat.”
