'Simply the Best' Having struggled with a local agent to sell my house for over 12 months I turned to British Homebuyers and within 2 months (including the Xmas period) I had two positive fully vetted viewers and within days had a firm acceptable offer. “Hooray. British Home Buyers was the right choice to make who helped us sell our house and also not only that but supported us in our purchase. Of course, it is always better to be clear about Fees and charges and durations at the beginning of every process which we discussed before hand and the signing up process, the communication throughout the process was very clear, easy and flexible for us. A horrible stressing experience is what we got with our PREVIOUS high street AGENT for 1 year and we had very few viewings and little effort demonstrated. We turned to BHB who within 4 to 6 weeks of going on the market we were quiet to start off but then immediately interest picked up and only needed 2 or 3 people and viewings to get an offer we were happy with a committed buyer. Clearly BHB had demonstrated dedicated their time and effort. Alex and charles have been brilliant from the get go. Both polite patient clear transparent friendly and helpful of every step of the way. Little change and i was kept up to date, and any questions were answered thus they did well. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone to sell their home. The buyers solicitors had begun delaying and spoiling the experience but with a little pressure from Alex and all our collective approach we got things complete before it got stressful.”

“Went above and beyond Having used a local estate agents and had a very poor experience sadly. I decided to use a national company. From the start the contact I had was positive. Initially Sabrina helped get the process started. Which was seamless. Following this Robert was my estate agent. Robert was professional and friendly. I was most impressed when it came to whether to reduce the asking price. Robert to my surprise suggested to wait a little longer before doing this. When we got a buyer the process pressure free from Robert. Which I was very impressed and grateful for. As it came to the end of the process Charles from aftercare was absolutely brilliant and without him I don't think the sell would have gone through. Given the etc complexity. I am very grateful to both Robert and Charles for getting the sale through and dealing with extra issues so well. I would highly recommend using British Homebuyers.”

Having used a few different estate agents over the years, British Homebuyers come out on top in terms of communication, value for money and quality of service. Information such as viewing details, feedback, offers and general updates were received promptly which gave me continued reassurance during the selling process. “I have recently sold my house using British Homebuyers. It all started with a professional photographer who came to my house, and spent a fair bit of time getting the best possible photographs with Excellent results. The process for selling was easy and I was given a sales representative called Alex who overseen everything from start to finish. Although selling and buying houses can be very taxing on a person, the process was made easier by having the ability to phone your sales representative to see how everything is progressing. I had peace of mind throughout the sale of my house and can guarantee that you won’t be disappointed. I am very happy that we made the choice to sell through British Homebuyers.”

“The team at British home sellers are all incredibly professional and proactive throughout the whole sale. We decided to sell through BH after having 3 failed attempts with local estate agents.We dealt with Alex and Charles who bounce off each other wonderfully. We had a lengthy time between accepting an offer to completion, which was extremely stressful Alex and Charles endeavoured to keep us in the loop and liased between all parties exceptionally well which helped to minimised the level of stress. We received prompt replies to any queries whether it be by phone or email. Our account was easily accessed by other staff so if for any reason we could not speak with Alex one of the team would be able to deal with us with ease. We felt the fees were also competitive and truly worth it for the service we received. Great company to deal with and we will definitely be using them again in the future.”
