“I wanted to say thank you to British Homebuyers for their professional approach and excellent service. I was having issues with my previous estate agent and I received an advertisement through the post from BHB. I wouldn't typically respond to this type of advertising, but i was really struggling. Needless to say, i didn't look back. My house was sold swiftly at a price that i was more than happy with. Overall, I would highly recommend. Thanks again for the support guys.”

“Very pleased and happy with the level of service and friendliness of all staff that were involved throughout the process. Everything explained fully and detailed before agreeing to anything. Managed to sell my property in less than a month where a high street agent struggled to just get viewings in 6 months. Would definitely recommend”

“First time selling a house was so straight forward from the beginning, sure his name was Jamie and then Charles took over after we got a buyer. What can I say amazing both me and my other half spoke with him and he was even still working up until the day he went into hospital. He was the middle man between us, the buyer aswell as the solicitors, no question was a stupid one as I had never done this before so he explained everything. Always there to answer the phone, if not he called back straight away and we even communicate via text. If I ever buy/sell a house again I will be using British Home buyers and requesting him 100%. Thank you so much vicky & adrian”

“I was reluctant to use initially, however I wasn’t getting anywhere with my agent so thought worth giving a go. I went with their 2 to 4 weeks sales service. Pleasantly surprised as they got the sale quickly and has all been straight forward. Thank you”

“Best experience we have had with an estate agent. Always at the end of the phone to answer questions and queries and on completion day we had a couple of snags but were kept up to date the whole time and they managed to get it sorted that day for us. Would definitely recommend British HomeBuyers, especially when you are only paying a little more than your standard estate agent.”

“After having my house on the market for 12 months with high street agent, and ridiculous offers and no sale. British Home Sellers/Buyers Were highly recommended to me by my Son, you Sold his Property within 2 days. I decided to to change to you BHS. Within a few days Photos were taken. Much better than the previous agent very impressed. On line ready for Sale again. Within 2 days I had 4 viewings and 2 offers £5,000 over the asking price, so impressed with the excellent Customer Service I received. Offer accepted, the sale followed very quickly. “From the advisory consultation and signing the agreement of sale with Robert Love from British Home Buyers the process was personalized to my requirements. I was advised every step of the way. I decided the marketing price. I was appointed a representative to help assist and advice to the legal requirements required and there completion. This could be followed through every documented on the PowerPoint app. Eli was excellent at this. When a complication arose due to my property being tenented and a six month delay had to be added into the sale process, this was treated with discretion, expertise, experiance and most of all patience. Neither I or the purchaser were forgotten at this stage, we were kept in the loop, updated and advices at all times. Also when the convayancing solicitors had an attempt hacking near to completion and communication had broken down at that crucial time, BHB stepped up with advicer Charles to co ordinate and liaise between all concerned until the exchange, ensuring our financial confidentiality and peace of mind. I am most grateful to the team for securing the sale of my property and I had no hesitation to pay the fee on completion December 2021 after the process had taken nine months in total I felt they had earnt it. Thankyou so much.”

“Highly recommend the agent! I initially gave a call to BHS enquiring about the service and the lady who answered the phone was very helpful and the way everything was handled was very professional and something I never got from the high street estate agents. After changing our minds about the sale and a few months later, I contacted them again and once again received a really good service and information. To be honest I thought there must be a catch but there wasn't!! I was really pleased that I could talk with someone every time and they all had given full attention to the issue in hand. Since I signed the contract with them, everything flowed very smoothly and I was very impressed with the effective communication methods used and the speedy service. There were emails, phone calls as well as text messages giving you updates on the progress as well as to answer any quick queries which was very useful. Also all the case handlers were all very helpful, friendly and attentive. On the whole journey there were many people who got involved at various stages and overall, I would highly recommend this company. I would use them again without a doubt! I also used their lawyers and was impressed with their service too. A big thank you to the whole team and special thanks to Robert Love & Sophia Woodham. Keep up the good work and I hope your company is recognised for the service you offer.”

“Honestly can't rate these guys enough . Went with another agency and didn't get any viewings . Wouldn't listen to our opinion on photos and we're always hard to reach. These guys are the opposite! Quick responses on all fronts and 3 viewings in first 7 days . Our contact was Charles and he guided us through every step and was there whenever we needed him . Above and beyond. Brilliant.”
