“A very professional outfit who communicated well throughout the whole process. Everyone I dealt with in the team were willing to go above and beyond to help progress my sale and purchase, including chasing the dreaded solicitors! I was at market with two agents and BHS were the one who got me the most interest and finally the sale. The experience was a positive one and I would use them again but hopefully I don’t have to for a while ;).”

“After our previous sale fell through with another agent, we decided to try British Homebuyers for a quick sale. Unfortunately they could not offer us a comparable sale price. They offered to sell our house hopefully within 30 days on a traditional sale route. We did sell within this time and completed in exactly 8 weeks for a favourable selling price. Worth the extra fees to sell quickly than our prev agent. Professional service, knowledgable, great communication keeping both parties well informed along the sale. highly recommend.”

“After having our house on the market for 3 months with a high street agent we were starting to think we would never sell our house. We received a letter in the post from this company and we thought 'why not, lets give them a try'. It was one of the best things we did as we had an offer on our house within 4 weeks, and british homebuyers did more for us in the 4 weeks than any high street agent. Very happy with the service and they kept you fully update with everything during the process. Our solicitors were a quite slow and i didnt seem to be getting anywhere with them, however I spoke to William and he chased them up the same day and helped push the process forward. Very happy with the service received and would recommend.”

“We decided to go with British Homebuyers after a lot of thought, we are very glad we made that decision. Our house sold within the average time frame. I had a lot of questions about the whole process and William was always happy to answer them professionally. The whole team were excellent, William at the beginning stages and then Charles who helped us deal with a lot of problems with other solicitors in the chain which was much appreciated knowing we had extra help getting the issues resolved. A member of the team are generally available at any time and pick up on any emails or messages quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family. “I was contacted by William from British Home buyers as decided to give them a try. They secured a buyer for my flat very quickly at a price I was happy with. Charles looked after the day to day contact during the conveyancing and was attentive and helpful. I was pleased with the service and would use British Home buyers again.”

“After being a little dubious about internet agents. We were pleasantly surprised by our dedicated sales progressor Charles. He was always very helpful and answered and acknowledged any queries we had during the entire process . It was a very long process 3 months 10 days to be exact but that was no reflection on them. More to do with the vendor and it being a rental property. Would be happy to deal with Charles again but hopefully not as do not anticipate moving for a very long time.”

“We have been happy with the service British Homebuyers have provided, their only downfall is that the sale took longer than we were originally expecting, just over 2 weeks. Other than that you have been nothing but great, you did what you said you were going to do and have been very clear through every stage. We both dealt with William who we have nothing but good things to say about, he's incredibly knowledgable, prompt with replying to our emails and calls, and an generally absolute asset to your team, please send him our regards. We appreciate that the purchase of your flat took longer than usual, this was due to delays caused by a third party freehold management company and the speed at which they returned essential leasehold information about your flat. This is a rare issue that affects only leasehold properties. If your property was a freehold property, you would not experienced these same delays. Hope that clears things up!
