“Lynne and Ruth both provided excellent customer service to me after I foolishly ordered a massive 360 bin online instead of the required 240 bin. I had requested in the special Delivery Instructions that the driver was to press doorbell A so I wasn't too pleased to find it just inside the gate (could have been stolen) and it also meant that I had to arrange for the 360 to be send back - so if the driver had rung the doorbell as requested it would have saved me a lot of bother. The office also requested that when the 240 bin was delivered the driver press doorbell A but I heard him this time so that was okay. But what I did notice was that whoever stuck the address label on the bin(s) folded over the the special instruction part ...massive blunder which I hope has been addressed!”
