“Very quick despatch of orders however poor in dealing with customer issues. I received a wine kit with a missing ingrediant. In the end after nearly two weeks and a number of emails I decided to contact the manufacturer myself and got it sorted immediatly. Will not order from them again”

Hello Rob, I'm sorry to hear that You are dissatisfied with the level of service received. As you know, we contacted the supplier to provide a replacement sachet and we passed on their commitment to have the replacement to you by the middle of the following week. It is disappointing for us both that the supplier did not meet their commitment to send out the replacement. On hearing the item had not arrived I chased the matter up with them, and was awaiting a response. Early the following day they informed me they had since received a call from yourself and had informed you that the item had already been dispatched. If they have not apologised for their tardy response, please accept it from me and be assured we will review our policy to see how such issues might be avoided in the future.
