The first time I had Breeze to clean my carpets they were excelent and I recommended them to so many friends. I had occasion to use them again a few weeks ago and I was not happy with the results of my bathroom carpet or the fact that the cleaner was late and called us to complain about the company not giving him enough time to travel between jobs.
I emailed my concerns and to this day no one has contact me about it. They were quick to answer my emails prior to them coming to do the cleaning!!!!
