“I had to use my breakdown cover in November and I was very pleased with the service. the breakdown truck arrived in the time stipulated and took me and my van to a garage that repaired my van, and this was on a Sunday, so they had to find a garage that would repair it for me, and this was in Bulgaria. “Broke down on M77 in rush hour! Phoned and the whole process was very smooth. Driver was out in 30 minutes, was told 45 minutes. Couldn't fix my problem, clutch had went. Got towed to garage near my home. Driver very helpful. Great first experience. Recommended!”

“Breakdown Assist were quite simply phenomenal. Having had a full MOT and service the week before, it was a total shock to break down at the start of our holiday in France. However, right from the first call Breakdown Assist were fantastic. They were friendly and efficient on the phone and organised help quickly. They kept us informed all the way. As we were in a remote rural setting they even sent a taxi to take us to the local shop for food. When it transpired that the gearbox had failed and needed replacing (about the most major failing a car can have bar the engine) they helped me to get back to the UK to enable me to bring back my husband's car to finish the holiday. They also organised everything to enable my car to be brought back to the UK to a garage of my choice. We all hope that we never need to use an insurance policy but the measure of a company is what they do when the chips are down and I absolutely wholeheartedly recommend Breakdown Assist for exceptional customer care and assistance. I cannot praise them highly enough. Highlights are: 1) Well priced cover 2) Over numerous calls, speaking to different members of the team, I received exceptional friendly, polite and helpful responses from each and every person I spoke to. 3)Rapid response 4) Overall customer care”
