“Hi. I purchased an annual policy for our European Holiday starting in June. I had no problem in purchasing this policy online and have printed off all relevant docs. However, I cannot comment on the service if we broke down, I hope we won't have to. Up to now it has been good.”

“REALLY helpful...I had to leave my bike where it broke down and go to work. This was not a problem and the lady on the phone arranged a time for me to meet the recovery vehicle there after work ( my bike was safe and secure ). The breakdown guy was there EXACTLY when he said he would be, infact I was 5 minutes late although I had said I might be to the operator. He was really nice and didn't mind me asking questions about other stuff. He got my bike going after we established it was the battery ( it simply needs a new one ) but offered to still take me and the bike home just incase...I wanted to ride it but he said that if there was ANY problems on the way home, just ring them. I got home...but it won't start again now...time for that new battery ! Would absolutely recommend this service...good price ( I got national cover ), great communication from all parties and very fast and friendly service. Thank you. :)”
