“I found the options clearly stated and I was able to select which package I felt met my needs best. The payment on line went through reasonable well. I was however confused by the different names being used. Once the transaction had gone through, I was not 100% sure that it had been processed correctly and I was unable to find any reference to my policy in an email. I became concerned when my documents had not arrived within a couple of days. I had no prof at all to confirm that the transaction had been successful. I decided to pick up the phone to find out what was happening about my policy documentation. The gentleman who responded to my telephone query explained about the delay and assured me that my policy had been processed and that I wold soon be receiving my documents. I have since received the policy in full. With regard to the online service, I really liked the layout of your options. I was able to select a personal tailor-made package. Thank you for the printed policy. I have a copy of the contact information in my car just in case I need to call upon you should I breakdown. Hopefully this will never be necessary . Thank you.”

“I moved to Breakdown Assist for ne reason only that is you were £10 cheaper than my current provider and you times for getting to a broken down vehicle were a lot shorter plus my vehicle is now coming up to 9 years old (Vauxhall Agila) and they only do break down to vehicles up to 9 years old, so your site was the most suitable I could find.”
