“Brilliant products”

“On this occasion it will have to be 2 stars, not with regards the product which are just fab, but an unknow ‘policy’ (for me). I purchased using blackfri18 my usual products. As I completed my purchase realised I’d forgotten an item. Not having a telephone contact number, but only email contact which I know from experience can take 24+ Hours. I’d received notification that my order had been completed, therefore unable to add to it. Was refused another blackfri18 .. shocking!!!!!”

Hello Pam, we're sorry for the disappointment. I see your first email was answered in under 10 minutes, we did explain that there was a one use limit of up to 8 items but Abbie had contacted her manager to authorise a discount on additional items for you, she then emailed you back to confirm this, this was all done within hours of your first email. We also had notifications sent by email, on social media and as an image and bar on the top of the website stating the guidlines for our black friday deal. We did try to help as much as we could, I'm sorry to hear it was unsatisfactory. Amanda

“I have only been using for a week and my skin has noticeably improved. Delivery was very quick and I appreciated the dispatch notification emails. Overall a very positive customer experience and I will be purchasing from Bravura again in the future.”

“Have used their products for over a year and they really do work. My skin is super soft and much clearer. I bought the glycolic peel to reduce pigmentation on my neck and it is much reduced very pleased.”

“I ordered the acne cream about a month ago, it recommends to use it twice a day, which I am trying to be more vigilant about as I will only use it once a day and it's an absolute miracle in my life. Using it just once a day, I have noticed a significant reduction in my acne and has given me a lot more confidence in my skin. I still have loads left but I have no doubt I will be a repeat buyer as I have tried almost anything to get rid of my ance; I have been suffering with ance since I was 14 and I'm 26 now and this has been one of the only things to actually help”

So glad to hear the products are working well. We do appreciate your frustration at not receiving the discount because your discount code wasn't used but this can be kept for future orders and we do have a Black Friday sale coming up.

“I have used these products for just over a week now and although I have seen massive changes in the appearance of my spots it's a little too early to tell if this will be a lasting effect. However I certainly would advise everyone who is interested in trying to product to do so. I don't think you'll regret it !”
