“Ordered case online with custom dimensions. Received despatch note after a few days and order was received in expected timeframe. After assembly the case was found to not fit on the slotted locating holes on the base plate. Which means the clear case cant locate correctly on the base. A quick check prior to despatch would have found this error. It’s been near impossible to get in touch with someone at boxxco (not helped with the holiday weekend). Phonenumber on invoice and website doesn’t ring and emails don’t get answered. I’m now stuck with an awkward looking case due to be on display at a client meeting later this week. Boxxco please get in touch to resolve this issue.”

We understand that the base and the clear case were not lined up correctly, which caused an awkward looking display in the end. We understand that it was not helpful that you couldn't get in touch with our team at the time, this was due the office being closed over the bank holiday weekend. “I was a first time buyer from BOXXCO when I purchased my first display case recently and it will be the first of many. Although my delivery arrived within timescales provided I did have a couple of issues. Following approaching BOXXCO regarding them they were dealt with in a very timely manner with no problem and the replacements received quickly. I would have problem recommending BOXXCO to friends as the product is great quality, makes my Lego set look amazingly professional and the cute little personalised build sticker is a really great touch!! Thanks BOXXCO - until next time...!!”

“Great quality box. It was 2 weeks before I heard anything about it being dispatched but then arrived quickly. No instructions to put it together so made a few mistakes before I got it right and was a bit tricky but it looks great. I just assumed the pieces would fit together either way round but they don’t so it’s worth taking your time and checking all the edges are locked together before tightening the screws.”

“Delighted with the Boxxco display case for the lego motorised lighthouse. Exactly what I needed to keep my model on display and dust free. The display case is easy to assemble and unlike some similar cases, the display picture comes ready mounted to the back of the case perfectly aligned and saving me the frustration of having to unpeel several times before getting the picture straight!”

“Purchased the display case for Optimus Prime that was a Christmas gift from my wife. It was a pleasure to deal with Boxxco from start to finish. The case was well packed with protective covering on the panels. One small problem is it comes with no assembly instructions but you don’t need a rocket scientist to work it out. Super happy with the finished product. Will definitely purchase more cases in the future from Boxxco”

“When the items arrived I was very unsure of what I had received. There was far too much packaging for each item but this was reassuring and gave me a warm feeling that the items were well protected and free from damage but maybe something that could be addressed due to filling my recycle bin haha. The delivery was swift and the items pristine and exactly what I ordered. I have a lot more builds to do so I will most certainly be using your services again soon. Maybe a discount haha. Regards.”
