“The case was easy to put together, it arrived safely due to really good packaging. The case really finishes off any Lego set, not only making it look nicer on display but keeping it protected from dust, children and pets!”

“I bought the Display Case for the Friends Central Perk Lego set and it fits perfectly. No more dust!!! Although the postage was free, which was great, I think the product could still have been cheaper. I also need a Display Case for my Queer Eye Lego set. I’d be happy to pay about £40 for that (Free Postage of course).”

“Was a bit sceptical about changing my perspex display case provider but im 110% satisfied, slightly larger cases then my previous and loving the printed background rather than a sticker, Excellent... Boxxco is now my Go to.....”

“Items are good quality. Issue is with delivery. First order was sent out when I sent an email asking where it was 2 weeks after the order was placed. Second order I sent the email 3 weeks after order was placed, reply was it was going to be sorted that day. It took 3-4 days to be posted. Your website says delivery in 1-2 weeks. An obvious lie. It would be helpful to put the Lego number on each set. I bought 5 sets and now have to work out which is which”

We do advise 1-2 weeks delivery as standard, but that we were experiencing a small delay at this time due to moving premises. This was mentioned on our website. “Was so looking forward to getting display case for large iron man Lego figure. Really happy with the laser printed back ground. Only problem was no fixings or screws included. This was quickly sorted with a phone call but then when they came there wasn’t enough. Said 10 on packing slip and only 8 box fittings. Some what disappointing”

“Very bad experience with this company. It took a full 3 weeks for my display case to arrive. It was missing the fixings as well as the personalised sticker that I ordered. It is now coming up to 2 weeks since I let them know that the pieces are missing and they have still not dispatched the items. I contacted them multiple times before writing this review to allow them time to respond, but they just don't seem to care. I have a pile of huge pieces of perspex that are completely useless and cluttering up my room. Very bad experience. I would not recommend this company. I will be ordering from Wicked Bricks in the future.”

I can see that correspondence between yourself and our customer care team was very regular and prompt, but I do apologise for the delay in dispatching the missing components. This was due to the sticker having to be manually created and we were advising on our website, at the time,of dispatch delays due to being in the middle of re locating the business. I can see that it was dispatched on an expedited service and can only apologise for the delay that was experienced.
