“I have ordered two products, one arrived and I was extremely satisfied with the delivery and the quality of the product. I think the brand is brilliant and would love to purchase more. However, the second item I bought and paid for including delivery never arrived despite me being told it had been shipped. After a week I contacted Boxraw only to be told the product I had bought was out of stock, and that it actually hadn’t been shipped. I was offered £6 store credit which I do not feel is enough in the way of customer reconciliation under the circumstances. Despite the fantastic brand and product, I have been put off by the sub par customer service and have been left feeling under valued as a customer.”

“I’m still waiting on my jacket it never got here do to warehouse instead they send me two joggers. Can any one please fix my other want to wear it before winter ends.”
