“I tried hanging the size before it shipped as it says is allowed on the confirmation email, and I was told I could not. Which was very contradicting. My item hasn't even shipped and it was paid for since black Friday. So, when I got the email asking how my gear is, I wouldnt know but im sure it wouldnt be good since I was denied the size change (should've been allowed).”
