“It took a month for the product to arrive with normal shipping. It takes a whole day for someone to respond to you from customer service. The company appears to be based in London and it’s just unfortunate because it’s a good product but terrible service.”

“I ordered this on 10th April and I never received the hoodies. I ordered 2 hoodies. I reached out to ask about it and the person who replied named ERB kept sending me on circles without any solution. It’s still shows no update since 19th April. Disgusting”
