“Came torn and customer support has been absolutely NO help. I’ve been going back and forth in emails with them for an entire week. They stop replying for HOURS at a time and then come back asking all the same questions over and over again. You end up just going in circles with them. So I got a torn hoodie and customer support is AWFUL”

“Haven’t received it yet so can’t even write a review. It was supposed to be here December 4th it’s now December 11th and still nothing. Status still shows “in transit” not even “out for delivery” yet!! All I can say is it better be here by Christmas… I ordered it in November ! Very Frustrating, will never order again if I don’t receive it by Christmas.”
